I sprained my ankle and decided to see what I could do to get better fast. I called and had spoke to Dana who had so much advice and knowledge on ways to help . I went today and did local on my ankle and also the normatec which is for blood flow and muscle recovery. I am amazed after one day my ankle is able to move and looks like swelling went down! I also cannot say enough how great the women are who run this place. They make you feel like family. I am already scheduled to go back for the next couple days. I seriously recommend this place . This place is amazing I've been dealing with a pinch nerve in my neck for about 2 months I went physical therapy tried chiropractor no relief so I decided to try Artic Cryotherapy and yes I found the answer I have such great relief in my neck pain has gone away and I only one went one session but I am not stopping there I will be back every 2 weeks. I did cryotherapy for 30 days. The inflammation in my body went away, along with the chronic pain I usually suffer from sciatica. You must try it! The facial cryotherapy is amazing for under eye puffiness and for closing pores! I also did the Normatec. Amazing massage on your legs. The halotherapy was great too. Artic is a family run business. very friendly and knowledgeable. Trying to acclimate myself to the climate change happening on our planet, with all the extreme heat and extreme cold. Anyone can find something amazing for themselves at Arctic!I love their infrared sauna, especially in the colder months- great to detox and warm up! They’re also are helping me to get rid of the stubborn belly fat with the use of freezing methods. After just few sessions I was able to fit back in my pre pandemic jeans! The owner is very knowledgeable in the topic of nutrition and wellness. Honest, very friendly and professional staff. The place is very clean and cozy. It has the spa vibes. Definitely 10/10 recommend going to this place. The owner and her employees were very kind and show lots of care to their clients. I had a recent hockey injury on my upper back and spine area; had major swelling and sharp pain on that area so was treated with one of their hand held “wand” like machine that works on deep tissue inflammation. After only 1 session the pain level went down half way and was asked to return for a 2nd session due to the severity of my injury. After that session, about 90% of the pain and swelling was gone, it fixed my posture, and breathing. Overall great experience with amazing employees. I was curious to try cryotherapy after seeing a pamphlet and called on the 27th, asked when the soonest I could come in, was pleasantly surprised they could see me the same day!
